APRA grants authority to ANZ Group Holdings Limited as a non-operating holding company
The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has granted ANZ Group Holdings Limited authority to be a non-operating holding company (NOHC) of an authorised deposit-taking institution under subsection 11AA(2) of the Banking Act 1959.
